Tools for the end of the school year
For TEACHERS !
The Course Plan and Planning Keep your activities and course plans from one school year to the next
Save your activities in Course Plan to reuse them from one year to the next and to avoid having to start from scratch. Activities saved in the Planning tab are linked directly to your current student groups and will disappear when the school year changes.
To ensure you can find your activities the following year, you must assign them to one of your Course Plans. It’s the easiest and most effective way to get a head start on planning for the coming year.
Give yourself back-to-school peace of mind!

Keeping OIM Information
To continue following up and supporting your students
You may want to keep your students’ Observation and Intervention Monitoring (OIM) information at the end of the school year, as their teachers will not have access to it the following year.
To do this, go to a student’s record, click on the OIM tab, and use the printable version button to save your records in PDF format or to print them out.
You can then forward them to the appropriate people or add them to the student’s record. Please note that school administrations have access to student record data for the last three years.
Pass the baton to your students’ future teachers!
