Why don’t I see Active Monitoring on my Portal?
Your school services centre decides whether or not to activate Active Monitoring. If you don’t see Active Monitoring on your Portal, it hasn’t been activated.
To obtain access to this feature, contact the resource person or information technology department at your organization.
- A number of Mozaïk-Portal features are activated at your school services centre’s discretion. If a feature does not appear to be available on your Portal, check with your organization’s resource person.
