How can I record an observation in OIM concerning a particular student?

There are two ways to record an observation in OIM about a particular student:

• Using the student’s name
• Using the group the student belongs to

Using the student’s name

1. Enter the student’s name in the search space on the home page.

2. Click the student’s photo or name.

3. Click the OIM icon (traffic lights).

4. Enter the required information on the form and click Save when you are done.

Using the group student belongs to

1. Select a group.

2. Select the student about whom you wish to record an observation.

3. Click the OIM icon (traffic lights).

4. Enter the required information on the form and click Save when you are done.

Worth knowing

• An observation can be deleted only by the person who created it.
