How do I access a student’s record?

There are two ways to access the record of a particular student:

• • Using the student’s name
  • Using the group the student belongs to

Using the student’s name

1. Enter the student’s name in the search space on the home page.

2. Click the student’s photo or name.

3. Access the information you wish to view (contacts, transportation, results, behavioural monitoring, schedule or absences).

Using the group the student belongs to

1. Select a group.

2. Select the student for whom you wish to see the record.

3. Click the Consult the student’s record button.

4. Access the information you wish to view (contacts, transportation, results, behavioural monitoring, schedule or absences).
